They’ll chew you up, spit you out and nurse you back to health all in one set, and you’ll more than likely enjoy every second of it. From the minute lead vocalists Gareth James and Kendal Spinola greet the audience, till the band tear themselves away from the stage, The Undefind do nothing but rock.

The Undefind have just completed their first countrywide tour on the back of the launch of their EP and DVD Combo. The EP gives fans an opportunity to take the band home, but The Undefind really make their impact with their live performances. The band’s performances are filled with energy and power that gets crowds jumping up and down, and singing along. Vocalist Kendal is a tiny package of dynamite that bursts onto stage with an explosion of passion.

The Undefind have rocked with some of the biggest names in the Cape Town music industry namely, Prime Circle, The Parlotones, Crash Car Burn, Straatligkinders, Dirty Skirt etc and were part of Cape Town’s first urban rock festival, FROCK. The band has also been involved in the Vlak Vark Rock Fees, Headliners at NetFest.
They have also been part of the birth of Rock out Radio, playing at their live broad-casted launch.

The band members are all full time musicians, and while they play their own original music, they say that “cover songs” pay the bills. Their original songs have taken them to the top of the MXIT music play list, with “Fragile Skin” being voted into first place, while “Pushed Aside” has held the second place on the chart. They were voted no 1 on Mxit music’s top 20 bands for 2008 and “Fragile Skin” was voted as most downloaded track for 2009. Last year, The Undefind had their first music video aired on MK, the video is still playing on the station. The Undefind plan to release their video for “Fragile Skin” which stayed on Kfm and Highveld Stereo’s Homebrew top 10 for 17 weeks.

Kendal, Gareth, Marcel, Jay and Chris are a well-oiled machine whose electric performances are sure to rock any party.
